I love to attempt to capture some of the energy and dynamism at music gigs, mostly jazz and modern classical. Drawing in the dark means you can’t get drawn into fiddling around with detail. I tend to mostly keep my focus on the subject and movement whilst keeping the pen moving frantically on the page in response to what I observe.
